Hello there ProDancers of Leeds. I hope you are all enjoying the “summer”? The cold gives all the more reason to spend some time inside a studio though – in the absence of the sun, get sweaty with ProDanceLeeds! I myself have fled the country for a few weeks and am thus, alas, unable to take class. But classes are still going strong, and will do so until the end of July when we are taking four weeks summer break. The last few weeks have seen Eleesha Drennan, Léa Tirabasso, Jerome Wilks and Amy Bell teaching. Enjoy some pictures:
This project has been an Arts Council funded pilot and is coming to an end in July. With only three more weeks to go, we have started to collecting data to evaluate the past six months. Would you like another year of professional classes? You can help us by filling out theses surveys:
If you have a minute to spare it would be hugely, immensely and greatly appreciated. More people partaking means more evidence to show that this project is needed so that we can secure funding for another year of professional dance classes in Leeds.
You can also write a letter of support. Or send us a quote about what you have enjoyed about the classes, or why you feel it is important to have regular professional development in Leeds. We are also looking at what form the next project will take, so if you have any suggestions of things we could improve, or something that has been great and that should stay – let us know! You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
